{"body":"Like anyone who creates something, I want to see results and feel progress. It is one of our basic human needs.\n\nOver the past few months, I have thrown myself into development. I made many architectural decisions, systematized, packaged, and developed different branches: from analyzing order book behavior when price enters stop zones to organizing episodes into waves and creating a complete wave DNA atlas, where you can trace how open interest, trade flows, participant behavior, sentiment, and options order books changed from the high to the low.\n\nAll of this is supposed to provide an advantage. A large number of backtests, many iterations, and the strategic system I developed were supposed to help me gain a powerful edge.\n\nIn reality, the number of tasks, nuances, problems, and points requiring my coordination began to multiply. In recent days, I felt that I could no longer handle it, but I kept going through gritted teeth. I kept working and working.\n\nWhen, for the third week in a row, you come out of the weekend feeling that you have not rested, and by Monday you are angry, exhausted, and dejected, it becomes clear that something has to change. Some things need to be paused so you can understand what is happening.\n\nI went to the sea, took a folding chair, sat down, and spent several hours watching the waves and clouds move. Work thoughts came into my head many times, but I simply pushed them away and stared into the emptiness.\n\nOf course, a few hours are not enough. But it became clear how completely thoughts about developing the project had captured me. I dream about them. From morning until evening, like a madman, I turn concepts and ideas over in my head and think about how to improve and refine everything.\n\nMy strategic system does not yet work to the extent that it should. For now, it has started consuming even more of my resources. At the same time, I see it as a potential separate branch, perhaps a separate startup that could be built with a team. Doing everything the way I currently do in my project is very difficult. I definitely cannot carry two projects like this. With a team, it may be possible.\n\nTomorrow, I will probably go to the sea again. Rain is forecast, so I will sit under an umbrella and watch the drops fall into the water.\n\nI understand that moments like this can break a person. At such turning points, people often lose heart, burn out, and no longer want to continue. I do not want that to happen to me. I can see the warning signs, and I am doing everything I can to continue this path. I will recover a little, gather my thoughts, and return to the fight.\n\nThese are exactly the moments that test your character, and I know that feeling. It is the exhaustion and the sense that you cannot go any further, but that is when you discover how badly you want it. And I want it badly.\n\nAs David Goggins said: \"There is no fucking life hack. Do it and do it and do it and do it. That's the hack.\"","content_language":"en","day_counter":{"label":"Day 377","number":377,"start_date":"2025-09-11"},"edited_at":"2026-09-22T15:21:11+00:00","id":"2026-09-22-human-limits","project_date":"2026-09-22","published_at":"2026-09-22T15:03:32+00:00","retrospective":false,"schema_version":"crash_brief_public_blog_post_v0_1","slug":"human-limits","source_language":"ru","source_types":["telegram"],"status":"published","summary":"After months of relentless development, the founder confronts exhaustion, steps away to the sea, and recognizes that recovery and character are both part of continuing the project.","title":"Just Rest.
