The Director and the AI Brain

A year ago I said that all code would be written through AI. Several developers I know argued with me. Today, research already confirms that more than 95% of code is written by AI. In a year, this figure will move toward 99.99%.

Today I say that every medium and large company will be managed by a director paired with an AI brain. It will see EVERYTHING, know EVERYTHING, remember and take EVERYTHING into account, and possess all the knowledge and strategies of humanity. Would you not want such a partner? At the same time, your role as a manager will be to make important strategic decisions and choose at the forks. This will be the main work.

The number and speed of decisions will grow exponentially. Your business will gain a mass of interesting growth points, but it cannot grow in every direction at once, the choice will be yours.

Today my work comes down to a continuous chain of decisions, like from a machine. Implementation, its speed and quality are no longer an obstacle. But you will have to set tasks and make decisions. If today you make 10-20 decisions a day, later you will have to make 100-200 a day. I am going through this right now. It is a natural evolution, like managing 10 people and then moving into a company with 500 employees. Your strategies will change.

Today this process is so obvious to me. I do not see a single reason why it will not move further into every sphere. It is inevitable, like the adoption of computers and electricity. Intelligence will be everywhere.

Technology has always been a way to get ahead of competitors or create new markets.

The Forbes list has a very simple trend. Over the last 30-40 years, IT billionaires appeared at the top, and now they have practically displaced everyone else, only they have become trillionaires.
