Clearing Technical and Management Debt

Today we are clearing technical and management debt: removing outdated decisions, dealing with accumulated errors and clarifying who is responsible for what. As the project grows, there are more options, and at some point coordinating them takes more effort than the value they bring. Then we have to simplify: keep one clear way of working, so we can continue working on the product itself instead of figuring out every day how everything should work.
